GENERAL RULES AND POLICIES IN SCHOOL

1.    Perfect discipline is expected from the students. Indiscipline will be dealt with strictly. Students must be well behaved both in the class and out side.
2.    Good conduct is a must. Any student found behaving badly or using vulgar language will be appropriately punished.
3.    No students shall use intoxicant in any from or bubblegum,  or pickles in the school premises. Bringing personal magazines and story books to school is prohibited.
4.    All students should respect and take pride in the school property and treat it as their own. Avoid defacing the walls, damaging furniture or throwing about bits or rubbish.
5.    Water taps should be closed after using them.
6.    Switch off lights and fans when you leave the class.
7.    The liability of any damage done by the student to school property is on the parent or the guardian who has to pay for it within 15 days.
8.    No student is allowed to remain in the school premises after class hours.
9.    The student is responsible for the safety of his /her belongings. The school assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to the personal belongings of the pupil.
10.    The school shall not  be held responsible for any illness , injury , accident or mishaps to any student .
11.    No student is allowed to wear gold ornaments to school. The school shall not be held responsible for any damages, thefts and loss.
12.     Students may not be summoned to answer telephone calls while attending class.
13.     Every student  should bring school dairy daily.
14.    Students will not be permitted to leave the classrooms during the working hours on excuse like for drinking water etc.
15.    Attendance on National Days like Independence Day, Republic Day and other such celebration is compulsory. Absence without prior approval will be viewed seriously.
16.    Identity cards must be pinned on the uniform.
17.     Damages done to buildings, furniture, etc. will be viewed as violence. Such losses should be paid for at the discretion of the Principal.
18.    Pupils must be polite and respect each member of the school community.
19.    Pupils should not call each other by names or use only had/obscene language.
20.    Pupils must play gently and must not push , fight , kick or play  rough . They should move in the campus gently and quietly.
SCHOOL UNIFORMS
24.    School uniform is  must for all students without which nobody will be allowed to attend the class
25.     Each student should have two sets of uniforms and one set of white uniform (to wear on Friday only). The uniform should be stitched according to the prescribed pattern of the school
26.     Children are permitted to wear coloured dresses on their birthdays
27.    Girls should plait their hair neatly.
WHILE TRAVELLING IN THE SCHOOL BUS
28.    The transport fee is levied from the students in accordance with the distance of boarding points fixed by the authority.
29.    If any case boarding point may change prior permission from the school office. Should be obtained.
30.    At the bus stop points , small children will be accompanied by the helper to cross the road, the elder students should cross the road only after the bus moves, observing the two sides of the
         road and ensure that no vehicle is coming

To the Parents
1.    Detailed information regarding any particular matter may be collected personally from the persons concerned. Avoid phone calls.
2.    Avoid phone calls to the teachers during the class time.
3.    When special classes are being taken by the teacher to complete the portion, attendance is compulsory. Any child who is absent for it will have to produce valid reasons for the absence
4.    No child suffering from any contagious or infections disease, no child will be allowed to attend the classes. 
5.    Parents should try if  possible, to keep all medical or dental appointments for their children outside school hours.
6.    Keep frequent contact with the Principal and school authorities and review from time to time progress of the children.
7.    All fees must be paid on time; non payment of fees will justify expulsion of the student from class.
8.    Parents / Guardians must not approach teacher / students directly or otherwise disturb class during study times. Permission from   the head of the institution has to be obtained before meeting
       the child / teacher
